Talent Engagement and Retention Manager — Build and Support Our Driver Network

Join our Albuquerque team as a Talent Engagement and Retention Manager, where you’ll play a key role in attracting, onboarding, and supporting professional drivers who power our transportation network. This role is essential to workforce growth, driver success, and long-term engagement.

What You’ll Do as a Talent Engagement and Retention Manager:
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Meet and exceed hiring and onboarding targets
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through outreach, networking, and community engagement
Candidate Engagement & Onboarding
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Lead informational sessions and onboarding meetings for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide candidates from initial interest through onboarding and vehicle placement
- Deliver a positive, professional, and supportive candidate experience
Retention & Driver Engagement
- Build strong relationships with drivers to support long-term success and engagement
- Partner with operations and internal teams to improve driver satisfaction and retention
- Address driver concerns and provide ongoing support beyond onboarding
Reporting & Operations Support
- Maintain accurate applicant and onboarding records within tracking systems
- Share recruiting performance, hiring metrics, and retention insights with leadership
- Support team initiatives and operational projects as needed
What We’re Looking For as a Talent Engagement and Retention Manager:
- Experience in recruiting, retention, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
- Dependable, proactive, and results-driven
